# Terms of Service — Cowan Cases

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the online store at www.cowancases.com, operated by Cowan Cases LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the store.

## Products and pricing

We sell modular magnetic jewelry storage cases. Product descriptions and images are provided to represent our products as accurately as possible, but slight variations may occur. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

## Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or limited availability. If we cancel your order after payment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping is currently available within the United States only. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after your order ships; delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

## Returns and refunds

## Intellectual property

All content on this store — including text, images, video, logos, and product designs — is the property of Cowan Cases LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. "Cowan Cases" is a trademark of Cowan Cases LLC, and our case designs are patent pending.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or product designs without our prior written permission.

## Acceptable use

You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit false or misleading information (including in orders, reviews, or customer-service communications).
